About Me

Junerrie graduated from MC College in 2008 with an Esthetics Diploma, along with accreditation in make-up artistry, spa therapy, facials, and waxing. Working at Miracles Salon and Spa and Gloss Salon and Spa, Junerrie gained valuable experience and honed her skills to be a senior experienced Esthetician. In 2011, Junerrie went back to school at SAIT Polytechnic to pursue Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma but still continued doing freelance make-up and took clients in at her home spa. She eventually realized that Engineering was not her passion so in 2014 she decided to go back to the beauty industry. She was hired by Caryl Baker Visage as a Team Lead and was sent to Toronto for three months to complete intensive training to become a certified Face Expert, and to complete Xtreme Lash Advanced Artistic Training. After 6 months with Caryl Baker Visage, Junerrie decided it was time to start her own business, Aftermay Artistry.

Junerrie is 34 years old and enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years, Ian and her network of friends. In her free time she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, binge watching her favorite TV shows and beauty bloggers on Youtube.

Junerrie’s skill and attention  to detail shines through with every service performed, taking the time to make sure that customers always feel comfortable, relaxed, and leaves the spa feeling more confident and beautiful.
