Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy, please provide a minimum of 24-hours for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.

Return Policy:

All spa services and gift certificates are final with no refunds.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations in the treatment room never leave the treatment room, nor do we share any client information. Health history forms and email lists are confidential.
